PURPOSES | GALPESCA IMPORT EXPORT S.A. will process their customer’s/USER’s data with the purpose of incorporating said data into the processing system for which they are responsible. As well as providing wholesale trade services of fish, seafood, and other food items
Said data will remain in the filling system of the Responsible Party. Once the professional relationship has ended, all provided personal data will be destroyed within 30 days from the date of conclusion, unless legally required. |
LEGITIMISATION | Express consent of the Client (art. 6.1 a) GDPR), and execution of the contract for the provision of services (art. 6.1 a) GDPR). |
RECIPIENTS | The Client/Interested Party expressly consents to the transfer of their personal data when necessary for the best provision of the service, provided that only essential data for that purpose are transferred. Customer data will be transferred to the required public or private entities (….), as long as they are appropriate and related to the purpose served.. Consent to transfer to a third party may be withdrawn at any time irrespective of the provision of services by notifying the Data Controller, in accordance with the following section, EXERCISE OF RIGHTS. International data transfers are not contemplated. |
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS | The Client/Interested Party has the right to obtain access to their data, to its rectification or erasure, to the limitation of its processing, or to oppose to it, as well as to the portability of their data by requesting so to the Data Controller, either at the business address of GALPESCA IMPORT EXPORT S.A in C Pol.
